General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of wines by STÉLAÏA DIFFUSION via the stelaia.com website.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the date the order is placed.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT.

STÉLAÏA DIFFUSION reserves the right to amend its prices at any time.

Article 4 – Order

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The customer warrants that they are aged 18 or over.

Article 5 – Payment

Payments may be made:

-By credit/debit card

-Via PayPal

The order is deemed final once payment has been confirmed.

Article 6 – Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively to mainland France.

Delivery is free for all orders of €350 or more (including VAT).

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

Article 7 – Receipt

The customer must check the condition of the parcels upon receipt.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours by email to boutique@stelaia.com.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the relevant legal provisions, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned complete, unopened and in their original packaging.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

A refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

Article 9 – Event Bookings

Bookings for workshops, tastings or events are confirmed upon payment, where payment is required.

Any cancellation by the participant less than 72 hours before the event may result in the non-refund of any sums paid.

In the event of cancellation by STÉLAÏA DIFFUSION, a full refund will be issued.

Article 10 – Liability

STÉLAÏA DIFFUSION shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations in the event of force majeure.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Article 12 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
